Pretty Heart, Pretty Mind, and Pretty Soul
"In the heart of a dense forest, there lived a pack of wolves that loved to dance to the beat of drums. One beautiful, windy evening when the full moon was bright and the sky brimmed with starlight, a new member was born into the pack. The baby wolf's name was Asha, and she was born into a world of adventure, mystery, and danger. Asha was different from the other pups in the pack, as she was born with an inability to hear.
One early morning, the pack, along with their young pups, embarked on a journey in search of food. Asha, curious about the world around her, wandered off, eager to explore. But before long, she realized that she had strayed too far and was now separated from the pack. She desperately tried to listen for the distinct howl of her mother's call, but her inability to hear left her alone and vulnerable in the vast wilderness.
The once-lively forests was now an eerie maze of rustling leaves and unknown dangers. Asha was unable to communicate with the pack and could no longer hear any warning signals or calls for help. She was left defenseless against any predators that might be lurking nearby. And to add to her struggles, hunting for food was now a daunting task as she couldn't hear the sounds of her prey.
But, Asha was a resilient wolf, determined to overcome these challenges. She would have to rely on her other senses, such as sight, touch, smell, and taste, and strengthen her intuition and instincts to survive in the wild. This was a journey of growth and self-discovery for Asha, one that would shape her into a fierce and confident wolf.
Asha encountered many dangerous predators and witnessed the sadness of loss during hunting season. There were many times, she would barely escape and guided only by her instincts, her wits, and her courage to survive. Along the way, she made many woodland friends, such as a clever fox, an optimistic bear, a bird that loved to sing, and a philosophical deer, who loved to write and was always contemplating the meaning of life.
One day, the animal friends faced a great challenge. A severe storm hit the forest, and all the rivers flooded, making it impossible for them to be shielded from the cold of rain, find food or drinking water. The animals had to work together to find a solution to their problem.
Asha, was able to quiet her mind and in the center of chaos, began to use her gift, she focused all her attention on listening to the faint whispers of her heart. She remembered all the times before when she had to get herself to safety and became very still. All the hard seasons in her life had prepared her for this very moment.
Asha used her personal power, “Intuition & Instinct” and led the group to higher ground where they found a fresh water source. The optimistic bear, being strong, helped clear a path to the water. The strategic and analytical fox, being clever, hunted for food to feed the group. The bird, with its beautiful singing, lifted the spirits of the group during this difficult time. While, The philosophical deer, with its wisdom, reminded the group to appreciate the beauty of nature, even in the midst of a storm.
Asha's journey didn't end there. One day, she found herself wandering the forest as an adult. She came across a baby wolf pup who was lost, and she saw a familiar reflection of herself. Asha took the pup under her wing, teaching her the lessons she had learned along her journey. The pup was named Baby White Wolf. Baby White Wolf was an Empath and could feel all the emotions of her woodland friends and even the Earth itself.
Together, Asha and Baby White Wolf traveled facing new challenges and adventures. They learned that independence, resourcefulness, determination, and perseverance are skills that must be refined to survive. They also learned the importance of friendship, loyalty, and the joy of helping others. As Baby White Wolf got older her heart grew with divine beauty and she learned to be guided by instinct and not emotion.
In real life, the lessons of "Asha's Journey" can be applied to anyone facing complex difficulties. Whether it is a physical disability or emotional obstacle, the story encourages readers to persevere, use their own gifts and talents, and seek support from friends. The story also reminds us to give back by teaching others valuable lessons learned, to appreciate the beauty of life, even in the midst of chaos, and listen to our heart and intuition.

Human suffering is a universal experience that touches us all. It can be fleeting or it can linger, taking a toll on our thoughts, bodies, and words. We face no borders when it comes to the conditions that cause us to suffer: death, disease, heartbreak, and loss are all part of the human experience. But in the face of adversity, we have the opportunity to find strength and resilience, and to grow in love and compassion.
Throughout history, humans have faced countless challenges and hardships, from wars and famine to disease and natural disasters. But even in the darkest of times, we have found ways to overcome these obstacles and to persevere. It is in the face of suffering that we discover our true strength and resilience, and we come to understand that our capacity for love and compassion is limitless.
When we experience suffering, it is easy to feel powerless and overwhelmed. But we each have a responsibility to ourselves to stay committed to our purpose and to keep moving forward. We cannot allow our circumstances to hold us back or to crush our spirits. Instead, we can use our hardships as opportunities for growth and love, and we can draw strength from the bonds we share as brothers and sisters in this world.
Overcoming suffering is not easy, and it takes time and effort to heal. But when we focus on these conditions as opportunities for growth, we can begin to transform our pain into something beautiful. We can become more empathetic and compassionate, and we can learn to see the world through the eyes of others. We can find new meaning and purpose in our lives, and we can use our experiences to help others who are struggling.
In the end, it is our capacity for love and compassion that allows us to overcome human suffering. When we focus on these qualities and use them to guide us through our challenges, we become stronger, more resilient, and more compassionate human beings. May we all find the courage and strength to overcome our suffering and to grow in love and compassion.
At the core of my being lies the story of a young girl who has braved the tumultuous waves of adversity and emerged victorious. A story of tragedy, trauma, and triumph that transcends pain and speaks to the resilience of the human spirit.
Growing up in the shadow of tragedy and trauma was never easy for me. But, it was my chance to rise above it all and turn my most painful experiences into a story of love and growth. My mother, Rita, was just sixteen when she gave birth to me and unprepared for the responsibility and burden of motherhood. She struggled to care for me and soon I was placed in the foster care system, a move that most likely saved my life.
Making peace with my past was a process that took time and effort. I had to learn to let go of the painful memories of my mother's story, one that involved a complicated relationship with her husband and a tragic end. She was brutally murdered one night after confronting her husband at a party with his mistress. She was found on the side of the road after an act of attempted rape. Despite her screams, no one came to her aid.
Her husband consumed with grief was unable to cope with the tragedy and eventually succumbed to a grave mental disorder, would later be diagnosed with cirrhosis of the liver, a testament to the devastating toll that alcoholism can take on the human soul. Though I never had a relationship with him, I learned to forgive and understand the battles he faced within himself. But in the face of such tragedy, I found the strength to forgive, to let go of the pain and bitterness that threatened to consume me.
My journey has been one of strength and perseverance. I had to break the cycle of inherited trauma and fight through the adversities of growing up alone. But, through it all, I found that I had the inner strength to rise above it all. I was forced to look to God when everything and everyone was taken away, and it was in this dependence on Him that I found the courage to keep going. It was in God that I found solace and refuge.
And so, I share my story, not for sympathy or pity, but as a beacon of hope for those facing similar circumstances. For young girls facing adversity, the road ahead may seem treacherous and uncertain, but I promise you, the journey will cultivate a strength within you that will carry you through the darkest of days. You are not a statistic, but an exception, a testimony to the resilience of the human spirit,
Do not let your circumstances define you. Instead, turn your pain into an opportunity for love and growth, your tragedy into triumph. Dream yourself into a beautiful destiny, and allow your light to shine, illuminating the path for others to follow. For in the end, it is not the struggles we endure, but the victories we claim, that will leave a lasting legacy.
Let me share this, “No matter where you are in life or what your circumstance God can use you right where you are. You don’t have to wait until things are perfect to do good works. Often times, it is those who find themselves in the darkest of hours and the most painful of spaces that are led to move and inspire lives."
Areas of human suffering that God can heal: murder, rape, alcoholism, addiction, domestic violence, childhood abuse, foster system, institutions, girls group homes, child trafficking, adoption, abortion, cancer, suicide, and death.
An old Cherokee chief was teaching his grandson about life...
"A fight is going on inside me," he said to the boy.
"It is a terrible fight and it is between two wolves.
"One is evil - he is anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, self-doubt, and ego.
"The other is good - he is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith.
"This same fight is going on inside you - and inside every other person, too."
The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather,
"Which wolf will win?"
The old chief simply replied,
"The one you feed."
In the vast, infinite universe, there lived two armies, each locked in an eternal battle for the souls of mankind. The army of the angels, led by their fearless commander, Michael, stood for all that was good and holy. On the other side, the army of the demons, led by their cunning general, Lucifer, represented all that was evil and corrupt.
The battlefield was not a physical one, but a spiritual one. The two armies clashed in a war of words and ideas, each seeking to influence the hearts and minds of the humans who walked the earth. The angels armed themselves with truth, love, and compassion, while the demons wielded lies, fear, and hatred.
One day, a young man named David found himself caught in the middle of the battle. He was a simple man, with a kind heart and a pure soul, but he was lost and afraid. The demons saw him as easy prey and set out to claim him for their own.
At first, David was powerless against the demons' attacks. They whispered lies into his ear, filling his mind with fear and doubt. But just when all seemed lost, the angels came to his rescue. They surrounded him with their love and guidance, shining a light on the path he should take.
The demons did not give up easily, however. They fought back with all their might, trying to overcome the angels and claim David's soul for their own. But the angels were relentless, using their strength and wisdom to push back the demons and protect the young man.
David soon realized that the battle between the angels and demons was not just about him. It was a battle for the souls of all mankind, a struggle between good and evil that had been raging since the beginning of time. And he knew that he had a part to play in this battle.
He picked up the sword of truth, the shield of faith, and the armor of love. And with the help of the angels, he stood firm against the demons, refusing to be swayed by their lies and temptations.
In the end, David triumphed over the demons, claiming his place among the ranks of the righteous. And the angels rejoiced, knowing that another soul had been saved from the darkness and brought into the light.
And so the battle between heaven and hell raged on, a never-ending war of words and ideas, each seeking to claim the hearts and minds of the humans who walked the earth. But the angels were always there, fighting on the side of good, and guiding those who were lost back to the path of righteousness.
Spiritual warfare refers to the belief in a struggle between good and evil that takes place on a non-physical plane, typically involving angels, demons, and other supernatural beings. The concept is often tied to religious beliefs and involves the use of spiritual weapons, such as prayer, fasting, and scripture, to defeat evil forces and overcome temptation. The idea of spiritual warfare varies widely among different religious traditions and belief systems.
Spiritual warfare is the struggle to have life in this material world reflect God's loving coherence. When we are consciously aware of God's love and Abiding in his Spirit we are more likely to make choices that are favored by God. It is a war because there are unforeseen forces in the spiritual realm that are working vigorously to thwart man preventing him from reaching God. Although God is in charge he gave us human will. Our will is constantly being tested by the material world. The material world consists of Power, Money, Fame, Greed, Lust, Jealously, Pride, and Hate. These are powerful influences that surround us daily. Unless we are being strategic with our prayers and can recognize the deception, lies, and temptations of the enemy these dark forces will continue to grow gaining momentum, holding our lives hostage and in bondage. These bondages could inevitable lead us to our own self-destruction.

Once upon a time, there was a beautiful planet called Earth, filled with diverse ecosystems and an abundance of life. It was a place where creatures big and small could thrive and live in harmony with one another. But as time passed, the inhabitants of this planet, known as humans, began to take the Earth's resources and beauty for granted. They began to exploit the planet and its systems, causing harm to the environment and the animals that lived there.
As the effects of human activities on the planet became more and more apparent, a movement began to emerge, one that sought to protect and preserve the Earth for future generations. This movement was called Earth Consciousness.
Earth Consciousness is about recognizing the interconnectedness of all life on the planet and taking responsibility for our actions and their impact on the environment. It is about finding ways to live more sustainably and to protect the Earth for future generations.
The Earth needs our help now more than ever. Climate change, deforestation, and pollution are all having a devastating impact on our planet, and if we don't act soon, the consequences could be catastrophic. But there is still hope. By making simple changes in our daily lives, such as reducing waste, conserving water, and using clean energy, we can make a real difference.
So let us all come together as one, to create a better future for the Earth and all its inhabitants. Let us embrace Earth Consciousness, and do all we can to protect this beautiful planet that we call home.
Together, we can make a difference. Let's save the Earth!

Wisdom is a concept that has been widely embraced by various world religions. It is an understanding that goes beyond the surface level of things and is associated with the spiritual aspects of life. Christianity, for instance, considers wisdom an aspect of God and a theological concept. It is described as a gift, alongside understanding, counsel, fortitude, knowledge, piety, and fear of the Lord. Wisdom, in this context, is the capacity to love spiritual things more than material objects and the desire to understand God. It also refers to a deep understanding of how to live as a follower of Christ.
In Native American cultures, God is known as the Great Spirit and reveals himself through nature. Their beliefs emphasize the importance of humility, compassion, courage, and generosity, all of which lead to the greatest wisdom. According to them, respecting all living things, including the four-legged and winged creatures, and living in sacred harmony is a way of honoring the Great Spirit's gift of life. The same applies to being guardians of the earth.
Buddhism focuses on the five wisdoms that arise when the mind is free from anger, jealousy, pride, attachment, and ignorance. These wisdoms include non-conceptualizing awareness, mirror-like awareness, awareness of sameness, investigative awareness, and accomplishing activities. The attainment of wisdom, according to Buddhist scriptures, leads to good conduct and behavior.
In Hinduism, wisdom is a state of mind and soul that leads to Moksha or emotional freedom and liberation. Moksha, along with Dharma, Artha, and Kama, forms the four aspects and goals of human life. Achieving Moksha means acquiring wisdom through emancipation, liberation, and release from suffering. In Hindu epistemology, Moksha refers to freedom from ignorance, self-realization, and self-knowledge, leading to freedom from the cycle of death and rebirth.
Confucianism regards wisdom as a noble concept, and a wise person is expected not to brag about their wisdom. Understanding wisdom can be achieved through reflection, imitation, and experience. In Taoism, wisdom is adherence to the three treasures of charity, simplicity, and humility, and the mastery of self.
Islam views wisdom as a gift that is highly valued by humanity. The Quran describes wisdom as a source of good, and whoever possesses it has been given much good. Similarly, in Judaism, wisdom is highly regarded and is associated with righteousness, knowledge, and understanding.
In summary, Wisdom is a concept that is highly valued in various world religions. It refers to a deep understanding that goes beyond surface-level knowledge and material possessions and is associated with the spiritual aspects of life. It involves humility, compassion, generosity, and a desire to understand God or the divine.
